Turnaround time: We strive to get things processed and shipped as quickly as possible to you. As a reminder we are a Print-on-Demand T-shirt company unless its for a preorder campaign. Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order, and it will be shipped via USPS. Tracking will be emailed to you once its available, if you have your email listed in your profile. Shipping can take 4-8 business days within the continental states. Hawaii and Alaska it can take 3-5 weeks.

International Shipping

Countries outside of United States will vary as we learn the global shipping times and costs. Shipping origin is from Pennsylvania, USA. International customers please understand you need to cover custom fees and other local fees/taxes to receive your item from customs. Right now we will be testing with limited countries listed below.

Any orders with a preorder item will be stalled until the preorder item becomes available. Please ensure before you order any preorder T-shirts, if you decide to include other normal T-shirts that are not in a “Preorder” status, all items in the order will be stalled until the preorder item becomes available. It is highly recommended to order them separately.

Refunds & Returns


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days since arrival at its destination. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Days are defined as calendar days. In extremely rare occasions a product arrives damaged please photograph the product and send it to our email to further investigate with the shipping carrier.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can be refunded at the cost you paid for.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: This will be listed on your invoice or you may contact support for our P.O. Box address.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders are done in campaigns and working with other influencers / live streamers to complete this campaign. Those who preorder during these campaigns for the collaborative design can cancel their order but it must be done no longer than 48 hours prior to the campaign completion date. Once this window has passed it may not be cancelled. Please also note any cancellations will notify the influencer / live streamer but they will not know who it is for consumer privacy. The completed preoders on their metrics will be updated to remove your preorder. 

Lost or Stolen 

When in transit to you and your purchased items are lost, please consult with the shipping carrier (USPS) with your tracking number.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our P.O. Box. This will be listed on your invoice or you may contact support for our P.O. Box address.

If we are at fault in any shape or form, returning your items shipping costs will be at no cost to you. Please contact support for a USPS shipping label for United States and Mexico orders. Orders outside of US and MX will be handled through our 3rd party suppliers for returns.

In other cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
